The first VOX-Pol Next Generation Network Conference took place on 25 and 26 September 2025 Charles University in Prague, Czech Republic. The next Gen Network is a community of early-career researchers (ECRs) working on issues related to violent online extremism in its many forms.
The conference included a huge diversity of topics and close to forty ECRs, from Europe, the US, Canada, and Australia. The event provided PhD students, postdoctoral researchers, and other ECRs to share their work, receive constructive feedback, and network with peers and established scholars in the field. The conference featured two keynotes from Dr Ashton Kingdon and Dr Steve Barracosa. The panels included:

- Detection, Moderation, & Policy
- Video Games, Youth, & Gore
- Extremist Narratives
- Central & Eastern Europe Cases
