Brenna Helm
Brenna Helm is a PhD candidate in the School of Criminal Justice at Michigan State University and a fellow at the Institute for Research on Male Supremacy (IRMS) . Her research is centered around radicalization, terrorism, online subcultures, and bias-motivated crimes. More specifically, she examines the affordances of the Internet and the role of various social media platforms in recruitment, radicalization, and subcultural engagement among male supremacist and far-right extremist movements.
